The two steps below will allow us to start a buyer file and complete an analysis of your total credit situation.  The analysis we perform is FREE and we will make recommendations on what steps you can take to gain full approval to purchase a home.  The credit analysis is performed by lending specialists who understand how the three different credit bureaus rate recent and retired activity on your credit report. 

We will also perform a credit simulation model with your report to discover what might be accomplished in the next 30 - 120 days to raise a low score.  This is also a FREE service to our Rentbuster clients.  The only thing you will need to provide is a recent credit report.  We require a commercial bureau report to perform the analysis.  Please follow the instructions below to continue.
